At My Father's Vineyard, one of our core values is "Get off your gift," we believe that the church does not happen on its own. One of the best ways to meet people, develop relationships, and grow as a follower of Christ is to serve by joining the Serve Team. God has given each of us unique gifts and skills. There are many opportunities to serve here at MFV. We want to help you find the one area that best suits your passion, your skills, and your schedule. Here are just a few of the Serve Teams that you will learn about during LIFETRACK:
Baptism Team: This team prepares our building and equipment for those following through in believer’s baptism.
We do baptism’s once a month and this group of people is ready to serve those making this incredible step in their Christian walk.
First Responders: This unit of health care providers serves to triage basic medical attention to our guests in the event of an accident or emergency at MFV.
Guest Services Team: This friendly team loves people and makes them feel at home here at MFV. They welcome guests with a smile, encouragement and personal touch so that hearts are open to the Gospel message. Within our Guest Services Team, you’ll find an option to serve as a greeter, an usher, on our parking team, or our First Time Experience Team.
Life Track Team: As the official hosts of our Life Track, this team greets guests as well as provides materials and assistance throughout our three classes.
Vineyard Kids: This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games and more.
Vineyard Worship: Through vocals, instruments, or audio engineering, this dynamic team prepares the way for our guests to encounter the presence of the living God.
Kids Check-in: This team welcomes families as they arrive at our Vineyard Kids areas and facilitates the check-in process that ensures children are cared for effectively and efficiently.
Online Campus: Connect with guests of MFV from around the world as a part of the incredible team that encourages, prays for and builds relationships with those who attend church online.
Prayer Team: This team of trained intercessors covers the weekend and midweek services in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord. Join this team that is blazing the trail for God in our city!
Technical Production/Media: Bring your creativity and tech savvy to this team that reaches man by delivering the Word and worship through camera, lighting, and visually screened elements.
